Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Product (UX/UI) Designer to join our dynamic Product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving our digital products, as well as testing new interaction methods and visual designs. You will have the opportunity to work on projects from concept to development, shape our design direction, and contribute to the growth of our team.
To be considered for this role, you must have a portfolio that showcases your design skills.
What You Will Do:
– Collaborate with CFI’s design and development team to drive the UX process and validate solutions at scale.
– Inform product strategy by balancing business goals with the needs of CFI’s users.
– Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
– Design elegant and simple flows, optimizations, and experiences.
– Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey through customer insights, quantitative analysis, and A/B testing.
– Define user segments.
– Identify and prioritize high-impact ideas to create compelling user experiences that drive product growth.
– Work closely with the Senior Product Manager to define solutions, prepare designs, and prioritize efforts for each sprint.
– Collaborate with engineering to implement and refine designs.
– Partner with the marketing and data teams to understand user segments and identify growth opportunities.
– Contribute to and maintain our design system.
– Collaborate with the Content team to create the best learning experience for our users.
– Help build CFI’s design practices and processes to enable the team to do their best work.
– Collaborate with UI/UX and Graphic Designers on cross-functional projects.
Who You Are:
– 2-5+ years of UI/UX design experience.
– Proficiency in Figma.
– Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with cross-functional partners.
– Ability to create interactive prototypes.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Bonus points for experience working on SaaS products, particularly LMS/e-learning platforms.
– Ability to balance the design process driven by user needs and business goals.
– Ability to effectively articulate design decisions and handle feedback well.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a mix of start-up culture and established processes.
