Role Overview:
As a Product (UX/UI) Designer, you will be an integral part of the CFI Product team, responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing our digital products. You will also have the opportunity to test new interactions and visual designs, shape our design direction, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
To be considered for this role, you must have a portfolio to showcase your design skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with CFI’s design and development team to drive the UX process and validate solutions at scale
– Balance business goals with the needs of CFI’s users to inform product strategy
– Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
– Design elegant and simple flows, optimizations, and experiences
– Gain insights through customer research and data analysis to make informed decisions and drive product growth
– Define user segments and prioritize ideas with the highest impact
– Work closely with the Sr. Product Manager to define solutions, prepare designs, and prioritize tasks for each sprint
– Collaborate with engineering to implement and refine designs
– Partner with marketing and data teams to understand user segments and identify growth opportunities
– Contribute to and maintain CFI’s design system
– Work closely with CFI’s Content team to create the best learning experience for users
– Help develop CFI’s design practices and processes
– Collaborate with UI/UX and Graphic Designers on cross-functional projects
Qualifications:
– 2-5+ years of UI/UX design experience
– Proficiency in Figma
– Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with cross-functional partners
– Ability to create interactive prototypes
– Attention to detail
– Bonus for experience with SaaS products, particularly LMS/e-learning platforms
– Ability to balance user needs and business goals in the design process
– Effective communication of design decisions and openness to feedback
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a mix of startup and established processes
