Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will use your expertise to deliver maximum value to our clients by providing strategic advice and implementing effective data management solutions. You will work closely with our team of consultants and clients to understand their data needs and develop solutions that drive tangible results. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a difference and further specialize in the field of data management.
Responsibilities:
– Gather information and translate business requirements into technical solutions
– Analyze and model existing data landscapes, sources, and flows
– Develop ETL processes to access, transform, and load data from various sources
– Design and implement scalable data models and database structures
– Build data pipelines for analytics and machine learning applications
– Support the preparation of technical documentation and advisory reports
– Test and optimize data processes and solutions
– Contribute to workshops and training to support the implementation of data platforms
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
– Fluent in Dutch and English
– Experience in data management and digital transformation projects
– Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Java, C#, R, and Excel
– Excellent knowledge of data-driven processes, governance, and quality
– Experience with master data management and data architectures
– Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
– Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients
– Familiarity with the latest data management trends, such as Data Mesh
– A team player with leadership qualities and the ability to coach and guide others
– Creative mindset and ability to devise innovative solutions for complex issues
– Experience modeling complex business problems
– Proficiency in PowerPoint
