Position: Tech Lead

Job Description:
As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in our company’s success. Responsibilities:
– Provide technical leadership by making architecture decisions, ensuring code quality, and implementing engineering best practices.
– Mentor and support existing and new engineers through regular feedback and guidance.
– Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
– Own the technical roadmap for your team and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications:
– A CS degree or equivalent knowledge, with at least 6 years of professional coding experience.
– Proven experience (1-2+ years) managing a team of developers.
– Production experience with React and/or Golang (or other C-family languages).
– Strong understanding of performance pitfalls and ability to suggest workarounds.
– Highly value empathy and contribute to a positive work environment.
– Comfortable diving into advanced topics such as build pipelines, caching mechanisms, database optimization, etc.
– Experience with CI and testing frameworks.
– Proactive and proficient in the entire product development flow.
– Excellent written communication skills.
