Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
– Analyzing technical underwriting guides and question sets to determine important data points and prioritize rules
– Collaborating with Underwriting team leaders and underwriters to create process workflows, both before and after Cytora implementation
– Assisting the delivery team with refining requirements
– Supporting the deployment of Cytora to insurers, including training, operational transformation support, and process efficiency improvements
– Identifying and implementing methods to measure and track ongoing benefits
Qualifications:
– Strong commercial awareness and a drive to deliver the most business value for our customers
– Desire to work in an agile environment
– Continuous improvement mindset
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and inspire colleagues
– Location: This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in the UK, have fluent spoken and written English, and have the permanent right to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
