As a Web/Mobile UI/UX Designer at Repeat, you will play a crucial role in growing our esports platform and enhancing the user experience for gamers around the world. Responsibilities:
– Maintain and improve the existing UI/UX design of the website and mobile applications to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.
– Design and deliver new user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with business requirements and user needs.
– Ensure all designs adhere to the existing design system, brand guidelines, and platform-specific (iOS/Android/web) conventions.
– Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas from concept to implementation.
– Own and maintain a library of reusable design components and patterns in Figma.
– Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to continually improve the design and product experience.
– Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies, contributing design deliverables in line with sprint goals.
– Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and elegant design solutions.
– Support the creation and refinement of design documentation, including style guides, interaction guidelines, and developer handoff materials.
– Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark user experience against industry standards and direct competitors.
Minimum Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
– Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, user flow design, and polished UI for digital products.
– Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
– Experience working within an established design system, with the ability to contribute to and evolve that system as needed.
– Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
– Ability to create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
– Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing) in an agile environment.
– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.
– Attention to detail, with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect, intuitive, and impactful user experiences.
– Bonus: Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/React) to better collaborate with engineering teams.
