Role Description:
As our UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our application’s workflow and promoting its features and benefits to a wider audience. You will also be responsible for designing a compact and efficient UI for our core users on the factory floor, ensuring a user-friendly experience for even the most technically challenged individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct in-depth analysis of our application to identify and eliminate any friction points in the user experience
– Develop innovative ideas to promote our application’s features and benefits to a wider audience
– Design a compact, intuitive, and efficient UI for our core users on the factory floor
– Collaborate with our team to ensure the design aligns with our brand and business goals
– Clearly communicate design decisions and provide rationale for your choices
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our user experience
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills and user-centric design approach
– Proficiency in Figma or other design tools
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Experience in B2B/SaaS is a plus
