Job Description:
Infisical is seeking exceptional talent to join our team in building the open source security infrastructure stack for the AI era. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Infisical by making key technical decisions, establishing foundational processes, and tackling complex scalability challenges. We are looking for someone who is hungry for challenge and growth, has a bias toward action, and is eager to learn. This is not a place to coast, but if you want to grow fast, take ownership, and solve tough problems, you will be challenged like nowhere else.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain features while communicating directly with enterprise customers.
– Expand our newer product lines, including Infisical PKI, Infisical SSH, and Infisical KMS.
– Experiment with novel approaches for applying AI to secrets management and security infrastructure.
– Work closely with our CTO and engineering team.
Requirements:
– Technical mastery of the JavaScript ecosystem, particularly React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
– Extreme hunger for challenge and growth.
– Exceptional attention to detail and eager to learn.
– A bias toward action—able to make decisions with incomplete information, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks.
– Based in United States or Canada (see SF listing if based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco).
Bonus:
– Expertise in Go.
– Understanding of devops/developer tools.
– Previous founder or startup experience.
– Previous experience building in open source or developer tools in either a professional or personal setting.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with customers directly.

Qualifications:
