Designit, a global design and innovation firm, is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Research Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive B2B research activities and deliver actionable insights to inform marketing and strategy decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct research activities, including 1:1 stakeholder and expert interviews, to capture the expert voice and behavior and inform marketing and strategy decisions.
– Develop research artifacts such as discussion guides, journey maps, and insights reports.
– Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders and build consensus around their implications.
– Manage and oversee a recruitment partner to identify the target audience and effectively source participants for the research.
– Uphold and represent B2B research methodologies and best practices.
– Collaborate with and advise team members on the project.
Requirements:
– 6+ years of experience conducting user and market research and driving tangible outcomes.
– 6+ years of experience using varied quantitative and qualitative research techniques.
– 2+ years of experience conducting B2B research, specifically with audiences involved in highly complex organizational decision-making scenarios.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
– Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations.
– Business acumen and ability to align solutions with client objectives and needs.
– Experience advocating for inclusive, user-centric, and data-driven experiences.
– Strong project management skills and ability to work within tight timelines.
– Ability to work cross-functionally with distributed teams.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
– Experience in client-facing positions and presenting to executive-level audiences.
Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is $55/HR+. The final compensation offered will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal pay parity and business and market financials.
