Role Overview:
As a Technical Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality certification and modular content for both internal and external audiences. This role will focus on curriculum design, development, and program management, with opportunities for classroom training delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI and will play a crucial role in our enablement strategy by creating impactful learning experiences that showcase our cutting-edge technical capabilities and real-world applications.

Responsibilities:
– Design and develop innovative learning solutions for online, classroom, virtual instructor-led training, and blended learning content.
– Lead the creation and distribution of technical courseware, including exercises, tutorials, job aids, assessments, and other learning methods.
– Design curriculum that supports hands-on learning in areas such as data science workflows, machine learning model development, and practical applications of Generative AI using Snowflake and partner technologies.
– Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand the needs of our partners, customers, and employees.
– Create visually appealing technical diagrams and content templates that adhere to branding and quality standards.
– Translate complex technical concepts into accurate and impactful visual aids.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in curriculum design/development.
– 3-5+ years of experience in programming, systems architecture, or database systems.
– 5+ years of experience designing and developing instructional materials for technical audiences.
– Strong understanding of data science methodologies, including supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
– Experience designing content or training programs related to machine learning tools, frameworks, or GenAI technologies.
– Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to incorporate them into curriculum.
– Proficiency in e-learning software and LMS platforms.
– Experience with video editing tools.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
– 5-9 years of experience in curriculum design and development.
– Experience designing and developing content for technical certifications.
– Hands-on experience with data science toolkits or cloud-based ML platforms.
– Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
– 1-5 years of software programming experience.
– 2 or more years of experience creating assessments.
– Experience leading large projects involving multiple departments.
