Job Description:
Qualia is seeking entrepreneurial engineers to join our product-focused engineering team. As a Software Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our web technologies, both frontend and backend. Our engineers are versatile and work closely with our design and customer-facing teams to create new and exciting products that our customers love. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the fast-paced and dynamic culture of our company.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and enhance web technologies, both frontend and backend
– Collaborate with design and customer-facing teams to create new products and features
– Work on a variety of projects based on company needs, your skills, and interests
– Contribute to the overall success of the engineering team
Requirements:
– 3+ years of professional experience in software development
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study
– Strong full-stack engineering skills
– Good product sense and attention to detail
– Passion for the impact of software development

Work Culture:

Compensation:
This role has a base annual salary of $140,000-$170,000, along with a competitive equity and benefits package. The salary will be determined based on relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
