Our team of highly qualified Salesforce Architects and Business Analysts work together to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce platform best practices. We follow SCRUM Agile methodology to iteratively develop and test Salesforce solutions.
Role Description:
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality solutions using coding best practices. You will work closely with our team to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, lead data migration efforts, and provide technical leadership to junior team members.
Responsibilities:
– Participate in the complete application life cycle, including technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
– Identify and recommend creative solutions to extend the capabilities of the platform
– Communicate and collaborate with technical resources, such as architects, admins, and stakeholders, to provide project updates and address any technical issues
– Implement and integrate various AppExchange tools, such as DocuSign and eSignLive
– Develop integrations between Salesforce and on-prem solutions using APIs and web services
– Utilize Mulesoft and other integration tools
– Engage in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
– Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior team members
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com custom development, including Lightning Design Systems, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
– 4+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using web services, such as SOAP or REST API with OAuth
– 2+ years of experience with GitHub and Jenkins
– Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
– US Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
– Must reside in the continental United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
Preferred Qualifications:
– Salesforce Certification(s)
– 2+ years of experience with Einstein Analytics (Wave/CRM Analytics)
– Specialized Consultant Certifications, such as Sales, Service, or Community (Preferred)
– Experience with Public Sector Solutions
– Experience with ETL/ESB tools, such as Informatica or Mulesoft
