UI/UX Designer & Researcher – Remote Position (Peru only)
Ryz Labs, a dynamic technology team in the financial industry, is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer & Researcher to join our team. This is a short-term position with a focus on conducting research and providing insights for digital products, specifically in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, particularly lending apps, in the Peruvian market
– Analyze and document user journeys and product features using a predefined framework
– Execute and analyze a variety of research studies (surveys, interviews, focus groups, usability tests) to uncover needs and market trends
– Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform product strategy
– Develop a deep understanding of the financial services landscape in Peru and act as a key voice of the customer
– Provide clear and well-structured documentation of product flows, UX patterns, and key experience insights
– Act as a local expert to help our team understand the operation and performance of digital financial products in Peru
– Potential to take on broader support roles as we design and localize products for the Peruvian market
Requirements:
– Must be based in Peru
– Strong eye for product design and UX, with the ability to clearly communicate observations
– Self-motivated and able to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision
– Experience in fintech, particularly lending, is a plus
