Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our software development team to support the development, testing, and implementation of our online systems. If you are passionate about technical challenges and have a strong desire to excel, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement new application features to enhance customer experience
– Optimize existing application features to improve performance
– Troubleshoot and resolve application and code issues
– Collaborate with a Scrum team to deliver business value incrementally and evaluate progress
– Continuously improve technical skills and performance
Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
– 2-3 years of experience as a PHP Developer, Software Developer, or in a similar role
– Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
– Familiarity with relational database design and querying
– Hands-on experience with at least one relational database
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Desired Skills:
– Experience with Python or Java is a plus
– Familiarity with git or other version control systems
– Knowledge of Test Driven Development
– Understanding of Linux operating system
