Role:
We are seeking a skilled data analyst to join our ACO Operations team for a part-time position (30 hours per week) from June to September 2025. The hourly rate for this position is between $40 – $50, based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
• Organize, clean, and analyze data in various formats
• Utilize online tools to gather information
• Pay close attention to detail and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate complex ideas effectively through presentations and written reports
Requirements:
• Strong experience with data organization, cleaning, and analysis
• Resourcefulness in utilizing online tools for data gathering
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Currently an undergraduate student, recent graduate, or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Google products, particularly Google Sheets
• Ownership mentality and ability to work quickly and prioritize tasks
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $40 – $50 per hour. Pearl Health also offers a comprehensive benefits package to its employees.
