Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Engineer to join our growing Network Operations team at Stedi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical integrations with payers and other clearinghouses, as we aim to increase our direct payer integrations by 100x in the next 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the technical integration and implementation process with hundreds of payers
– Establish and continuously improve Stedi’s “payer implementation playbook”
– Create and maintain organized documentation of new payer integrations and track implementation progress
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, customer operations, finance, product, and legal to successfully complete integrations
– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at payers throughout the implementation process
– Take a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and completing tasks efficiently
Qualifications:
– Extensive experience with API integration, including REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations with backend systems and applications
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical support, implementation and onboarding, or solutions engineering
– A systems mindset and ability to identify and articulate gaps in the implementation process
– Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently to get the job done
– Ability to work at a fast pace and respond with urgency to meet deadlines and resolve issues
– Passion for automation and eliminating manual processes
