UX Designer at Doowii – Empowering Educators through Data Analytics
Doowii is a leading data platform for educators, dedicated to democratizing data analytics and helping educators unleash the full potential of their students. Our team is passionate about our mission and we are looking for a talented UX Designer to join us in creating user-centered experiences that make working with data easier and more effective for educators in K-12 and Higher Ed.
Responsibilities:
– Lead design for user-centered experiences on web and mobile platforms
– Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
– Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
– Support the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides
– Communicate design ideas clearly through sketches, user flows, and prototypes
– Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
– 3-5 years of experience in UX design
– Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and interaction design
– Expertise with using Figma
– Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles
– Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment
– A problem-solver mindset with attention to detail
Bonus Points:
– Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or data visualization
– Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML/CSS
