About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Strategic Insights & Analytics Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful research projects to our clients, helping them find answers to their most challenging business questions. You will also be responsible for shaping our professional services offerings and driving the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

– Disrupt the expert research industry, similar to how Uber disrupted the taxi industry and AirBnB revolutionized the hospitality industry
– Understand client objectives and research needs, develop research plans, and create interview guides and surveys to provide valuable insights for better business decisions
– Analyze survey data and present comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations
– Manage and supervise team members working on client projects
– Collaborate with new and existing partners to generate revenue
– Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, working with clients and experts from various industries and locations

Qualifications:

– 4-8 years of professional work experience
– Market research expertise, preferably from a leading market research company
– Strong understanding of technical research methodologies such as Conjoints and MaxDiff
– Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency in survey design, data analysis, and statistical techniques
– Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for marketing, product development, and strategic planning purposes
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively
– Strategic thinker with a passion for understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field of study
