Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Developer to join our high-growth and purpose-driven organization. In this role, you will focus on designing, developing, delivering, and supporting laboratory applications such as LIMS and ELNs. You will also work on new product development tasks to further digitalize our laboratories for scale. This position involves full MEAN stack development, utilizing Angular JS, Java script, Mongo DB, MSSQL, Html, CSS, .Net, C#, and ASP.Net in an Agile environment. You will actively develop and support cloud-based applications using services like AWS, Digital Ocean, and Microsoft Azure. Other responsibilities include working on multiple aspects of the software development life cycle, collaborating with a team, and ensuring code quality through code reviews and refactoring. Additionally, you will provide support for mobile apps on IOS and Android platforms, mentor junior team members, and respond to business needs with flexibility and collaboration.
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or foreign equivalent
– 2+ years of post-baccalaureate experience in software development or related roles
– Experience with NGS LIMS (Next Gen Sequencing- Laboratory Information Management System) and client portal development
– System design and architecture experience for NGS LIMS and Database server
– Angular JS Web development experience
– Java development experience
– Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Typescript
– Experience with MongoDB and database design
– Cybersecurity knowledge
– Telecommuting permitted
