We are looking for a designer who can think beyond screens and pixels, and consider user journeys, emotions, and systems.
Responsibilities:
– Redesign core experiences at Workana, with a focus on user onboarding and activation flows
– Create complete user journeys, from discovery to final interaction
– Develop visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that align with our brand
– Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
– Apply strong UX writing skills to enhance user experiences
– Participate in strategic discussions to align design decisions with business goals and user needs
– Document design processes and decisions for scalability and maintainability
– Contribute to and adapt from existing Design Systems
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products, preferably in multi-sided platforms, SaaS, or high-growth environments
– Proven ability to design end-to-end user journeys
– Strong visual design skills combined with excellent UX writing instincts
– Analytical mindset, curiosity, and passion for UX
– Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
– Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
– Strong autonomy, critical thinking, and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
