Position: Analytics Manager at Engine

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to join our fast-growing Data team and lead our Business Analytics team. In this role, you will drive a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. The Business Analytics team supports major business functions including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Member Support, and People.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Managing and mentoring a team of data analysts, fostering their growth and development
– Facilitating cross-functional communication to ensure effective utilization of data insights
– Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify key metrics and KPIs
– Overseeing the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting systems
– Cultivating a culture of data curiosity and proactive problem-solving
– Developing and implementing analytics strategies aligned with business objectives
– Ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance across all analytics projects
– Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
Qualifications:
– 6+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a management role
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations
– Strong background in statistical analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence tools
– Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment
– Experience in the travel or B2B SaaS industry is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
– Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
– Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Sigma)
– Strong project management and team leadership abilities
– Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
