Position: Application Support Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

As the Application Support Operations Analyst at GoodLeap, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our business. Through data gathering, reporting, and research, you will provide valuable insights to drive strategy and decision-making for our Application Support and other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and trends, and provide actionable insights to improve operations
– Develop and implement data collection methods and analytics to optimize efficiency and quality
– Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and advocate for knowledge-centered support
– Communicate effectively with team members, leaders, stakeholders, and partners
– Monitor customer pain points and make recommendations for improving support processes
– Stay up-to-date with GoodLeap products and systems
– Handle multiple projects and prioritize work accordingly

Qualifications:

– Previous experience as an Operations Analyst or Business Data Analyst
– Familiarity with API’s and CRM systems, such as Salesforce
– Strong technical background and understanding of business strategy
– Knowledge of AWS services is a plus
– Critical thinking skills and a keen interest in learning proprietary software
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Experience in the Loans or FinTech industry is preferred
