Job Description:
As a Multimedia & Motion Designer at Sword Health, you will utilize your editorial and motion graphics skills to bring creative concepts to life. You will work to visually tell compelling brand stories and communicate effectively with team members. In addition, you will participate in brainstorming sessions, design projects from scratch, and adhere to current processes and workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement. This role also involves working with external suppliers and leading editing and post-production projects.

Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize editorial and motion graphics skills to bring creative concepts to life
– Tell visually compelling and engaging brand stories
– Communicate clearly and effectively with team members
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and share new design perspectives and ideas
– Design projects from scratch and expand upon existing packages
– Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process
– Adhere to current processes and workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
– Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for projects
– Lead editing and post-production projects
– Integrate into the video production team and enhance projects with your talents
– Work with external suppliers to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and format guidelines

Requirements:
– Reel and online portfolio showcasing current and up-to-date work
– Minimum of three years of experience in animation and motion graphics
– Strong understanding of animation and design principles
– Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop
– Knowledge of tools such as Rive and Lottie to enhance digital experiences
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to follow brand style guidelines and produce work in a suitable style
– Problem-solving skills through visual design
– Ability to mediate creative problems and find the best solution
– Effective time management, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
